I am an experienced life coach and I mentor on soul purpose. I've changed my career completely and  found my purpose. I am a spiritual midwife who helps people give birth to their true potential. As a qualified trainer with the Psychology of Vision, my work encompasses one to one consultations and a facilitating transformational workshops.

Fourteen years ago I was Art Director for a national broadsheet newspaper.

I enjoyed working in the media and was very successful but something was very wrong. I felt trapped and increasingly angry. Something vital was missing - my soul wasn't happy.

That year my father died and in Greece at Easter an inner voice that told me I would resign in six months. It was a shock - resigning was the last thing on my mind! However just before Christmas - with no idea about what I'd do or where I'd go - I left and started my journey.

I took a major leap into the unknown. My intention was to change my life. In the two years that followed I discovered my soul purpose. I would like to share with you what has helped me. There were times when I could have given up and was tempted to go back to my old life. But it was apparent that to do so would take me away from contentment, happiness, enlightenment and satisfaction.

Fortunately I'd found two maps to guide me. Two maps that offer understanding the world that interweave together.

The first map I found was astrology. It combines many 'ologies' - psychology, astronomy, mythology and philosophy. Far from thinking that everything is predestined, I believe that we create our world and therefore we can change it. Astrology is an accurate map or weather forecast that shows me what's going on. It offers me meaning and gives me a spiritual connection to the Universe.

The second map is Psychology of Vision. This is a map of the mind and a journey of the heart. A powerful way of transforming blocks, issues and problems in life, that has come about through Chuck and Lency Spezzano's 30 years of experience with thousands of participants all over the world.

It goes far deeper than most life coaching because it goes to the root of the problem. It maps the conscious, subconscious and unconscious parts of the mind. It shows the problems we encounter in the various stages of our relationships and shows the way though.
