Have you been suffering lately?
Any problem, and especially any health issue is, on a psycho-spiritual level, a form of self attack. It represent conflicts that are buried inside of us. If that conflict remains unresolved, it can manifest in the form of illness.
On a sub-conscious level, we invited it in.
Self attack often comes after we have made a leap forward in our lives. Instead of celebrating, we start to criticise our achievement, and feel it wasn’t good enough. We start to recall all the wrongdoings in our lives, and then beat ourselves up.
If we treat to treat ourselves badly on a regular basis then our health suffers.
Self attack is, according to Dr. Chuck Spezzano, one of the greatest problems in the world today. It’s one of the reasons that bad things happen to good people!
Or health is connected to the base chakra, our vitality and life force. Its our survival.
Red is the colour of the base chakra, and Mars is the planet that governs the blood and life force energy.
A major health problem can be traced back to an incident 18 months ago. A common cold is usually connected to loss and grief, and to something we haven’t cried about a week ago.
Astrology of this month
Mars is opposite Chiron and squaring the nodes of the Moon. Because it is retrograde it forms an exact aspect with Chiron up until June.
Mars is the warrior archetype, and when used well it helps us achieve our material goals. Its also vital in helping us with our spiritual path.
Used negatively, its anger and aggression. If not directed at others, it’s directed at ourselves.
At its worse, it’s a heart attack.
Chiron is connected to the sign of Virgo, which is olive green in Aura-Soma’s system. One of the issues is to release the bitterness from the past. The positive aspect is the Dove of Peace offering the olive branch of forgiveness.
The nodes of the moon relate to past lives, and to our destiny. We are all being asked to heal at a deep level, so us we heal we heal the collective dark stories that we witness every day in the news.
Self Love
To be healthy is to be at peace, to be balanced. And this comes from a place of self forgiveness and self acceptance. A place of self love and self value. With self love we know our innocence, our worth and our lovableness. When we have it we respect others because we respect ourselves. Our hearts are open.
Forgiveness is the key.
